"The property was fabulous - and the staff even better! They were very helpful with directions and suggestions. We visited mid-October so didn't spend any time in the pool but did a quick, cool dip! It was very nice and we would have liked to have spent more time there. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. We'd go back for sure!"

"There were pros and cons to the property. Starting the pros, the property itself was very nice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The family running the property were also very nice and helpful - good people. The Cons: It is in the middle of nowhere! It is very remote and the roads to left of the property were a disaster! "The beach was nice. It was difficult to get to. You had to walk a distance on a very busy street with no sidewalks. Nothing was in walking distance ie. Grocery stores, restaurants. Definitely need a vehicle to get around. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I do have a major issue that has not been resolved. That has left a very bad impression of the host/owner."

"Great location near all the main sites in Ortigia! Loved how close it is to everything via walking. Hard to find and difficult to get parking nearby, but once there, amazing stay and highly recommend."

"This was a last minute booking for one night at half 3 in the afternoon. What a fantastic find! There wasn't much around at the end of October and based on reviews and us having a car, we went for this. We wish we had had more time but needed a car to be returned to Syracuse by 11 next day :( I cannot say enough positive things about the place, the staff, the welcome, the price including breakfast and aside to the room, the gorgeous garden space and furniture. It was a calm relaxing area. We didn't use the pool being so late in but had a fabulous meal in the hotel with great service and good quality. The breakfast was as good. This hotel deserves to continue doing well as the staff are the best resource. Grazie per tutti x"
