"No air conditioing in the lobby, check-in area, restaurant and breakfast area. Mosquilos in the hallways and in the rooms. Once in the room, we closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning. We started at 32C (90F) and after 1 hour the temperature dropped to 30C (86F). The room was small with a bed and a desk and a small bathroom. It would’ve taken another 8 hours to be comfortable. "The White Lady is as beautiful in real as the pictures maybe even better. We were very cold when we arrived due to the unusual cold weather and rain. Monica immediately turn the heat on for us.
