The house is located in the historic centre just a few minutes from the port and the beach of Ghiaie and near some great local restaurants where you can eat outdoors.
5-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the garden, pergola. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hot plates) with dining table. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and fan. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and fan. Patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Parking (fenced). Holiday house furnished with a simple decor offers large bright rooms and a private paved outdoor area where you can relax and eat. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.

Hat am Anfang nicht gefallen.
Einfach, zweckmäßig aber der Parkplatz ist gefährlich ( nicht eingezäunt ) von der Vermieterin schnelle Einweisung und wurde nicht wieder gesehen. Selbst am Abreisetag war niemand zur Schlüsselübergabe da. Ein heftiger Regen verursachte einen Wassereinbruch (minimal) . Sonst für diesen Preis weiterzuempfehlen.
