"This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful roof top pool and a small gym. We have stayed her twice. Both rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. "The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind.
