"This property was all we were hoping it would be. This Fall gave us dry, sunny weather all except the days we were here!! BUT that didn't matter because of the many activities offered here. We had an all family pickle ball tournament, a paper airplane contest, the boys played basketball. There was plenty of room for games, pool, puzzles and more. "A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "
