"This place was great for two people! Easy to Grand ole Opry and downtown On Broadway! Place was immaculate and loved the shower ! we didn’t use pool table or massage chair due to budgeting our time , but they looked nice! I sat outside and got some sun and watched the airplanes fly over!! Didn’t use the fire pit because we were tired after day of exploring. maybe next time! weather was perfect fall temps and sunshine! we recommend this guest suite and will book again! the hosts live upstairs...

"We paid $275 worth of cleaning fees only to come into an apartment with old food on the kitchen floor, dead bugs everywhere, and the bathtub drain covered in human hair and mold. When we mentioned it to the host they made no effort to remedy the situation. It sucks having to clean your vrbo the second you walk in the door so it is usable after spending so much money."

"Calvin is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and deck are excellent. Location is incredible. Calvin had excellent restaurant recommendations, parks, other sites to see & was of great help. "Visiting family in Franklin/Whitehouse area but wanted our own place to come back to at night and this was perfect. It's an old historic home but it appears very new inside. They did a great job with restoration and I would recommend staying. We wished there were chairs on that little back porch or the front but all else was great. I"

"We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay! Tammie and Danny were very accommodating! They made sure we were okay and comfortable each day we were there. The tour through the mansion and cabin was great! We loved all of the details and stories! We’ll definitely be staying here again! If we bring extra family members we’ll opt for the cabin! This place, and it’s owners, get a two thumbs up for sure!!! Oh, and the homemade cherry cobbler does too!!!"
