"Fabulous host, great property and incredible attention to detail."

"Gorgeous property in a quiet rural location, but convenient (5 minute drive) to several towns with lots of dining options. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, charming and welcoming hosts, and delicious(!) breakfast. Beautiful garden filled with birdsong, very peaceful and relaxing - we would have loved to stay longer! Hosts were very helpul with recommendations for places to eat and things to see - absolutley delightful all around!"

"I recently had to drop everything and fly home to Belfast because of a family emergency. I simply Googled “Best place to stay near the Ulster Hospital?”. A fantastic 5-star review appeared about Peartree Hill. I genuinely had more in my head so I simply made the booking. A few minutes after I received an email from Peartree Hill if I had any special requests. We arrived late at night and was greeted by Avril. She was so kind and had everything ready for us. I had a really long day traveling...

"The accommodation was basic and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The disappointing thing was the picture on the website has been taken many years ago and the shower wouldn't work in our room, there was loose skirting board and when we flushed the toilet it put water up the shower outlet."

"Botanic Rest B&B was clean and basic. It lost points for noise and safety. When we checked in we took our suitcases up the stairs. About halfway to our room in the hallway on a few stairs up, a man was doing some repairs in the doorway to a room. His tools (including an electric screwdriver) were in the middle of the stars and hallway. We had to move them, so we could get past. Pretty unsafe. The breakfast was nice. They had the usual continental breakfast and you could order hot items off...

"Shocking! From checking in to be told i was going to have to pay an extra £20 for the room ! And no breakfast included ! ( I wouldn’t have wanted to eat anything from there) but that wasn’t the point. The place was smelly and dirty. I will never book with this site again. "
