"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic, renovated farmhouse. It’s obvious that a lot of love went into making this homestead into a charming, efficient, and comfortable house. There was lots of space for our family of 9 (6 adults and kids ranging from 8 to 16). Carleton is a couple of miles from the bridge to the mainland, so a convenient place to overnight prior to heading home. Not may restaurants close by, tho a breakfast cafe at the hotel for the morning. good acomodation for our purposes. "
