Welcome to the Penn State Unrivaled stay. We are located 15 minutes from the stadium on the West side of State College. Great night stay for 4 guests. Brand new kitchen, bedroom, couch, bathroom. Basement of an existing home. Family will be staying while you stay.

Great Experience!
We had a great experience staying here for the Luke Combs concert! Everything was so clean, and we loved all the decorations! Check in was seamless, we will definitely look to stay here again for a football game in the future!

PSU football weekend
This was a perfect place for us to stay for a weekend visit with our son at PSU. We weren’t there much because of Homecoming activities and an all day tailgate/football Saturday, but it was an easy trip back and forth to campus. Brian was a great host with good communications about our stay, and the place was nicely decorated for PSU fans. Highly recommend!

Game Day Experience
This property was great, the host was awesome, my family loved the accommodation's. Was clean and comfortable, I would suggest this option for any game day weekend, or for any reason visiting the State College area. The host was the best to work with and make sure we had a great experience in all the times I have used VRBO. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation to stay at this location.

PSU luxury Weekend
