"My mother-in-law and sister in law who are from Long Island and have high standards joined us for graduation weekend. They said repeatedly this house is Superb! And it really was! Upon our arrival we were surprised to find the 1st floor decorated for graduation. They also left a card for my daughter, 3 bottles of wine from a local winery which were all very good. "We stayed here while visiting Penn State. The land is amazing. We saw geese, deer, bunnies and squirrels while we walked to the pond. It is a quick and easy drive to Penn State. "Overall a nice stay. The location was great!!! Would have liked a couch in the main room, and a kitchen included. Also, main bed mattress was old and could feel springs. Sheets were missing from the beds. Pillows old and lumpy. I’m not picky so enjoyed my stay but my partner was not satisfied. "

"Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners .
