"A clean and affordable choice for visiting Jamaica. I always fly into Kingston, so Ochos Rios is much close than Montego Bay resorts. Food is amazing (a little pricey for dinner, but worth it) but I chose the breakfast included option and every day was delicious. Rooms super clean, bed comfy, and amenities were great. Definitely coming back! I came with my boyfriend, who is from Jamaica - I felt safe walking with him along Main Street to grab food/take a walk. Room was cool and air conditioned the entire stay. "I booked with Expedia and the rate paid was not honored once I arrived at the front desk. I was highly disappointed as the hotel staff made me wait four hours with my two kids and elderly father. And only allowed me to check in after having me pay an additional amount outside of what was agreed booking through Expedia. This was fraud."

"My Husband and I just left Sea Shell Palms and couldn’t wait until we got home to post what a magnificent experience we had at Sea Shell Palms so we are doing it while waiting for our flight!! I don’t know how anyone can write a negative review because what we experienced was ALL positive! Ms. Meeks, Mr. Damien, Mr. Green, Mr. Richard and the whole staff went above and beyond in service and demeanor!! Great conversations, advice on places to go and accommodating all the way around! The whole place was clean and in order and our room was spacious!! The Jamaican breakfast was very tasty and had an array of options to choose from. They also have grocery stores, a restaurant and an ice cream parlor with the best homemade ice cream and cheesecake we have ever had called Twist! The proximity to everything is approximately 10 minutes! They even have security and police on premises for safety! If you want a great place to stay, this is the place to be!
