"fabulous location. I felt that there was a big gap between info online and then the further info provided by the host and the reality. The two upstairs bedrooms were fine. The two downstairs incredibly musty. We could not use the bedding from. downstairs. Thankfully we had brought some with us. No internal access between upstairs and downstairs made it difficult with the makeup if the group, I.e. children and adults. It was also very very rainy so that added to the problem if no internal access...

The Beach 5 mins walk . It is very safe beach.

"Beautiful part of the world, property is in a fantastic location with seaviews from every vantage point. Booking and communication with host was excellent. One bathroom and 4 x beds accessible only via ladder and multiple stairs, not suitable for mobility impaired individuals or large groups of adults."

"Great house, positioned with views from all rooms. Two great decks on the living floor meaning there is always sun or shade with your view. Five minutes to Coromandel town for a spot of shopping or to pick up supplies. Long bay has the best fish and chips and you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards by the hour at really reasonable prices- the camp site owners are really friendly. The walks are well sign posted and well maintained. There are so many little bays to explore we loved our week...

It was spotless, spacious, quality in every decision Lyn made. It is well equipped and Lyn went beyond to leave us a welcome package and a wonderful breakfast bar. Which helped so much to get us through the first morning until we could go to 4 Square, a short walk away into the quaint town. Top Town Fish and Chips...
