Ein paar Dinge sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, wie Küchenschränke oder Badewanne. Das ist aber weiterhin nicht dramatisch. Allerdings wären neue Matratzen notwendig, da diese im großen Bett insbesondere komplett durchgelegen sind. Nichts für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen. "Great location within easy walking distance of the Port and less just over a mile from Alcúdia itself. Property was very well equipped for our family. The pool was the perfect size for our 9 month old to practise her swimming but perhaps not for adult lengths! Great two week stay!"

"We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week. "

The furnishings are getting old, e.g. the sofa was worn out and the stove and gas lighter didn't work. Considering the price of the overnight stay, an exchange/repair would be recommended. Communication also needs improvement in two aspects. 1. I had to ask in advance how keys were handed over and returned and there was no further information about the accommodation...

"A great property with scooters and toys for the children and a fab, safe outdoor space for play and relaxation for all. Inside was also fab and the location was quiet enough to allow a relaxing evening but also 10 mins walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and spa. Location also just a 15 min drive away from the beautiful Polenca old town."
