"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

"Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. I cannot rate this villa highly enough,it is virtually perfect."

I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. "Alles hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung war mit allem gut eingerichtet, gerade auch an Küchenutensilien. Es gab kleine Willkommengeschenke was wirklich nett/lecker war. Hilfreich wäre wenn an dem Wäschetrockner ein Schild hängen würde mit dem hinweis das nach jedem trocknen der Wassserbehälter auszugießen ist. Denn der war von den "Vorbesitzern" randvoll und wir wunderten uns das die Wäsche nicht trocken wurde. Aber dies war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen :-)"

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"The finca was in spectacular surroundings, with a great pool area. The outdoor barbecue was a big hit , as was the poolside shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very useful as well. We would have appreciated some guidance with regard to the disposal of the household rubbish as the lication of the finca is remote. But overall we all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. "
