"We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-appointed, with a large kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine. "

"I can’t even put into words how beautiful the property is, very well put together and maintained. The scenery is astounding, rolling green hills, a creek cutting through the back of the property, fresh air. Great breakfast spots and wineries close by. Karen is a great host very accommodating and friendly. Look forward to coming back!"

"The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The host had welcome sign with my name, fresh cut flowers, coffee and a basket of welcoming goodies. Everything in the cottage was new, modern and clean. It’s quiet at night. WiFi was included. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Using Lyft or Uber was convenient but there is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. It is definitely a very lovely place to stay. The host was very gracious."

"This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene."
