While we were actually in the unit for less than 12 hours total, we did enjoy our stay. However, I would be hesitant not to mention 3 items that should be clarified further in the listing: 1) Parking instructions weren't given until day before the booking. Turns out there are only 5 stalls adjacent to the building and they are first come, first...

"This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard."
