The space
BRAND NEW 2022 Trailer with rear bunkhouse for lots of family fun and ample comfort and privacy. This space can hold up to 10 people. However, comfortability depends on the party as some of the beds included are only suitable for children. Along with modern features, this model is innovative in a sense that it provides comfort and a expansive space, making it a comfortable glamping trailer for all 4 seasons of the year with a insulted and heated underbelly. The tables inside drop down into beds suitable for children. Other features making this space more versatile and luxurious includes a Murphy wall bed in the bunk house as well as a slideable king size bed in the front with sliding doors for privacy.
LED lighting and USB plugs included.
Outside space includes access to the backyard with eating space, hot tub access, and use of the firepit. Please keep gate closed after exiting and entering.
Guest access
Accessible spaces include the entire trailer to yourself and access to front and back yards with patio, hot tub, and fire pit access.
Hot tub and fire pit has potential for other guests using this space. I would check the hot tub prior to use to ensure no one is there. Other guests must be mindful of their use, please be mindful of yours. No one has ever overstayed their time in the hot tub. Please keep use to less than an hour
Other things to note
Dogs are on property. Please ensure when accessing the back yard, that you ensure the gate is latched.
We do are best to stay on top of waste but please be mindful of where you step and where your children play.
please keep all animals and children seperate from ours. we own a German shepherd and would prefer to keep him seperate despite how friendly he is.
The entire trailer is yours, but the rest of the facilities are shared with other airbnb guests. please be mindful of them and utilize fair use of the amenities available. please respect the privacy of the other guests.
it is okay to consume tobacco, ecigs, and cannabis outside. Please do so at the end of the driveway.

Hot tub:
-shared hot tub please check before use to make sure no one is there.
-keep use to less than one hour.
-Please do not wear street clothes in the hot tub, and;
-Please shower before entering the hot tub.
- PLEASE REFRAIN FROM PLAYING WITH OR SQUEEZING THE SPONGES IN THE HOT TUB.
They are not play things. They are there to clean the hot tub by skimming the oils and dead skin from the surface of the water.
It is INCREDIBLEY unsanitary to touch or squeeze the oils from the sponges .
Please ignore them and allow them to float.
-The chemicals required to fix and clean the hot tub from street clothes and the oils squeezed from the sponges is very costly, and it is time-consuming to fix.
Ruining the chemical balance of the hottub because you did not respect the rules may damage the hot tub and/or result in additional charges to your airbnb account.
Please be advised.
-When adjusting the temperature on the hot tub, do not press the temperature controls immediately after turning on the lights/jets. Doing so may put the hot tub into economy mode and will cool the hot tub to an undesirable temperature.
- Please keep use to less than an hour.

Electronics
-Anytime you leave to go out, please ensure the electronics/lights/appliances are off.
