"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. Would...

"Really nice house above the village. Spectacular view from the wooden terasse. Clean and serviced pool. The 3rd room is quite small, also one of the bathrooms, perfect for 4 people. Very well equipped kitchen."

"Our stay was wonderful. We had 22 family members and the way the house and other rooms are situated there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms comfortable. The house was very clean. There is plenty of room to have sit down dinners. The property manager was very responsive. He answered all our questions very promptly, provided information about the surrounding area and helped set up chef dinners. We could not have chosen a better place for our stay."

Without any classic air conditioning it was sometimes difficult to sleep. Myriam was a very nice host, that had anytime answers for us, when we needed them and made this stay very comfy for us. "We had a two weeks stay in this house with family and friends. The location is great; on walking distance to the charming center of Bormes-les-Mimosas and easy by car to Le Lavendou. The house itself is very traditional, but the very nice pool and stunning view compensates that. "
