"The Roost is a cozy and lovely property located high in the hills above Tutukaka.It’s a beautiful and peaceful location but those unfamiliar with the terrain should know that it’s a good 20 minute drive to any amenities. It didn’t bother us because we knew the area, and it shouldn’t deter you from staying as long as you prepare in advance with whatever supplies you may need. We had a great stay for 4 nights!"
