"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. The dinner and breakfast buffet was also great because they tried to serve local Sapporo/Hokkaido delicacies. Like, we were able to do our own gengiskhan lamb cooktop for our buffet dinner (which is only found mainly in Hokkaido). Negatives: it was so crowded! "Perfect location for easy (ski in/out) access to Rusutsu ski area. Large range of restaurants to choose from as well as easy access to Westin via monorail. Belle Vue steak and seafood restaurant a standout for something a bit more special - higher end but definitely worth it. Rooms large and easily accommodating 4 in single beds. Novelty factor for younger kids with games area, a free Carousel and other entertainment. "

"We stayed at the WE Toya as our home base for a Rusutsu ski trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super. The rooms are very large and the one time the onsen was closed for cleaning, we used the balcony tub and it was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal. There were other amenities such as free bike rentals to take advantage of. The breakfast buffet offered here was superb and there were a few options for restaurants in the area to walk to in the evenings."

"The hotel is very Japanese classic, you need to take off your shoes and store it at the entrance. Besides that, it is great! The staffs there are super friendly; The hot spring is definitely top tier, with nature spring hot water in. Room is also Japanese style, room is spacious and cozy. The only thing that need to notice is that the area does not have much public transportation or taxi services, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you, but need to prepare additional waiting time."

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."

"Well located property with free parking. Clean comfortable room with fast wifi. Offers indoor and outdoor Onsens. Free Soba, Ice Cream at night and yogurt drink in the morning with manga to read. Dormy Inn is a top choice for onsen and food lovers as well. Staff offers excelletn service from parking to check-in. "Mixed feeling when read reviews, turn out is a good stay, adequate room size, dinner & breakfast are Japanese sets, not bad ! Can view fireworks from room window, take bath in onsen at level one, toilet in the room. Staffs are friendly."
