"Staff and hotel was lovely perfect location! But we wasn’t told when we checked in that there was a daily charge for parking! When checking out we received a bill for 25 euros a day for using there carpark!! In all my years of traveling and the numerous hotels I have stayed in I have never been charged for using there carpark!! Absolutely disappointed in this! This service should be free to all guests staying at this hotel and clearly explained when booking to get there is a charge! "

A special thank you to Matteo, who assisted us with both check-in and check-out and made everything seamless. We had a minor issue with the shower on the day we arrived, but it was resolved promptly that same evening, showing the team’s great responsiveness. Our entire stay was so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying the in-room breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake—it was the perfect and most pleasant way to start each day. Thank you again for such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!"
