The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer! "

"Great trip for spring break! The house is perfectly situated walking distance between the main park and beach. Having the golf cart available worked well for travel to and from the downtown shops and eateries. Ashley was easy, flexible, and very prompt to communicate with. This was our second trip to Cape Charles, this house was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like a vacation! "

"I actually did not stay on the property because host cancelled at the last minute and put me in another home ( his mother's house) When I arrived there was someone at the house. It was overbooked and host did not even tell me. I had to call. Left me without a place to stay. "

Let me give the pros and the cons.Pros: Good location. It’s just on the other side of the tunnel and very close to the beach (our dog loved it). The property is very nice and updated. Huge backyard, and long driveway for multiple cars. Quiet neighborhood and no noise from highway traffic. The kitchen was our favorite by far. Well stocked and modern. You...

"The house was well equipped and welcoming. We loved the neighborhood as it was very pretty and less than two blocks from the beach. The owner provided a go cart, bikes, kayaks, and much more. Our family loved it. When we got home our two year old cried saying “I want to go back to the green house.”"
