Stunning Waterside Cottage in Poole Harbour

This fisherman's cottage is possibly in THE PERFECT location in Poole. Situated within a stones throw (literally) from the Sea, and right next to the Fisherman's Dock, with direct access to the sea side foot walk onto the Poole Quayside and Town Centre. There is an abundance of activities that you can book to include Fishing Trips, Dive Boats, Sailing Boats, Parascending and more, as well as fantastic array of bars and restaurants that cater for all ages and tastes. The two bedrooms both have stunning sea views, with the master bedroom looking out over the harbour and across to Brownsea Island. There is a comfy lounge area with all expected facilities and a dining area that leads out onto the 'sun trap' patio and garden that backs onto the harbour and is absolutely perfect for BBQ, playing with your children or just relaxing in the sunshine. This fantastic property is child friendly and has off street parking for 2 cars / boats.

Lovley property, fantastic position.
Nice house, great position right on the harbour, lovley walks both ways along the seafront into poole and Sandbanks in the other direction. Needed to contact the host to ask a question and Andy was very helpfull and responded to sort out queries immediacy, highly recommend.

The house had everything you could need. A lovely garden well equipped for sitting out to watch the boats and the sea. Sea view from front and back. A perfect location for the beach and the town quay, restaurants, shops etc We really enjoyed our stay.

Beatiful house. Well equipped. Excellent position.
We really enjoyed our stay. Just a few minutes to the quay and to town. During the nights it is also very quiet. Good place to stay when visiting touristic highlights in Dorset.

The perfect spot
This was our second visit to this property and it was just as good the second time as the first. A lovely house in the perfect location Everything you could want, a short walk into Poole and only a few minutes drive from Sandbanks beach.

Weekend Break
We had a lovely weekend break in Poole Quay, the cottage was just perfect. Lovely and cosy, beautifully clean, comfortable beds and superb location, couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication from the owner who called to reassure that all was well given the recent storms. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and hopefully will return again soon.

Fantastic location and lovely property.
Great place! garden safe for a toddler and dog to play around while you can chill admiring sea views. Highly recommended! Neighbors very quiet and nice. Walking distance to old town shops etc.

Lovely location
There was a small glitch when the cleaners hadn’t been told new guests were arriving but they came promptly and were friendly and efficient. The views and the nearby walking path to Poole Quay are a definite asset to this cottage.

Property in good location. Very clean and a nice welcoming pack. Our only criticism would be furniture too big for the main bedroom and makes it very difficult to get safely around the bed.

Absolutely amazing!
We came over for a week from Canada and could not have landed a better spot than this cottage. The place itself had everything we needed, was well kitted out for kids and dogs, and the backyard was perfect for playing and watching the boats come in. The location is ideal for easily getting to Poole Park or to the Quay, which we walked every day. Great holiday spot and highly recommend!

Perfect spot
Two couples returning to Poole where they met 60 years ago wanted a cottage near to the busy Quay but quiet with harbour views. This was absolutely ideal. A pretty garden literally a stones throw from the water, parking for two cars but in easy walking distance of pubs ,restaurants and shops. Accommodation was excellent for 4 adults

Perfect location in a beautiful part of the country.
The house is situated perfectly between Baiter park and all that the town centre and the Quay has to offer. Poole is a great place to visit, we’ve stayed in other locations and this house was a great find and we hope to return soon. Easy to find, parking off street, clean and with everything you need supplied as well as great views of the harbour from all rooms. Only a few minutes in the car to water sports centres and the beach at Sandbanks.

Great property for families and couples
As soon as we walked in the property it felt fresh and homely. The garden for our little dog was a bonus and it's sunny in the garden all day. The position of it was amazing for walks and location to Poole Quay for entertainment, food and shopping on the doorstep. Definitely would love to return soon Sarah O'Neill

Couldn't ask for better
Literally a stone’s throw away from the water’s edge with fantastic views from both the front and rear of the property overlooking Poole Harbour. All amenities are within an easy 5 minute walk away and nearly all are dog friendly including many of the restaurants, so no more sitting outside in the cold to eat. Can't wait to go back and explore some more so highly recommend a stay here for a few days or a week, you won’t be disappointed.

New year break
The property was very welcoming and clean. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch. If I was asked for feedback it would be that we felt it lacked the following:- Stotage in Bathroom maybe a few shelves or a bathroom cabinet. A smart TV Personally found the bed very uncomfortable. The view and location was stunning lovely getaway for family time.

Fabulous find
The property is exactly as described and is in an absolutely brilliant location for Poole Quay and the surrounding area.Its also perfect for walks with the dog.There is a fully enclosed garden although we didn’t need to use it as the house is next to the path that goes along the waterfront with a large grassed area at Baiter for letting the dog off for a run.Andy is a great host and answered all my questions immediately.

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside!
This small house is well-equipped, clean and has all you need for a good holiday. I dislike rental places that overdo all the ornaments and don’t leave room for your stuff, and I particularly like plenty of storage for my clothes shoes etc. This place is perfect on all accounts, just the right amount of pictures etc and lots and lots of storage. It was lovely watching boats and people from the dining room and if it had not been windy – even better on the sunny patio.
