"Reine Victoria is BEAUTIFUL. This is where we were supposed to stay. Unfortunately, we had to make a last minute change to our itinerary. Although our reservation was non-refundable/non-changeable, they were kind enough to accommodate my change! The only catch was i had to stay at Laudinella, which is under construction, so no amenities on the premises. With the being said, it's a quick walk right across the street.... however... i had no desire to walk across the street (in the snow) to use the hot tub, so we missed out on that. We did try to have drinks at the bar, but it was closed for a few hours for a private event. Again, another bummer. This was only a layover where we were catching the Glacier Express, but besides skiing, I'm not sure what else there is to do in the area? They do have a shuttle to/ from the train station, which we didn't know, so we ended up paying (27CFS) for a cab. Breakfast was great!!!"

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "
