"Loved our stay here! Came for a weekend trip (stayed in Cottage 10) and it was the perfect spot for a getaway in the hill country. We came at night and it is far from the main road (and from downtown Fredericksburg is about 30 min out). "We had a trip of six guys, three father and son groups, to the hill country planned and found this rental which worked out perfect for us. The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip. "
