"We had a great stay house was really clean and comfortable but unfortunatly it is about 20 km from the train station as it says on website its 15 min walk so we had to get taxis in and out of town which was 30 euro each way Also they don't have credit card facilities so the money had to be revoluted or cash and we weren't informed of this untill day 2.."

"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. "The location and the property were both superb... Mary the owner ought to be cloned for every B&B. She was THE BEST....loved our interactions with her. This is a place to be highly recommended and it comes with resident donkeys. One could not ask for more. Warmer and sunnier, maybe. But hey, it's Ireland! We did have some sun!"

"We had a great stay at this house which contains all you need and is in very close proximity to the hub of Westport. It is also at the right end of town to access the beautiful grounds of Westport House, which gives you a lovely walk/meander down to the Quay instead of using the road.Would just say that the house is at the top of a steep hill and our age range was 55-73, so if you are not fit it could be an issue for you.We would certainly stay here again."
