We arrive to a completely locked premises with the option of a key or passcode entry, to which we had neither. "The owner was amazing. She met us in person and gave us an orientation of the home and the city. She also had wine and cookies for the kids waiting for us. There was also laundry detergent for the washer! Awesome bonus! Overall great hospitality. We did have a little bug problem and some of the dishes in the pantry were soiled. The owner arrived a little early, and we were still packing up. It was kind of strange having her stand around while we finished dressing and packing."

Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. "The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...

"House was very nice..our contact was very helpful and went out of her way to help us...owners showed up to fix a tv problem...argued for 2 hours in spanish then left without fixing the problem and left it up to us to fix it....there was construction next door for 3 days a tractor was breaking and moving large rocks it was very loud.
