"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Amazing view, communication was good, however Angela asked for a 70.00 euro cleaning fee in cash after the booking. We told her that VRBO doesn’t endorse any charges not part of the original booking. She stated her fees are very high. We explained to her, she needs to increase her fees prior to booking if needed. We came to terms, it’s an amazing property and she’s a lovely hostess. I’d definitely recommend her home. "

She was available and always cheerful when we passed by on our daily trips to visit this wonderful area of Italy. "We stayed here for 13 days, the unit, community and views were amazing! The food was delicious, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a pizza festival and that was fun! We loved everything about Vico Equense and hopefully will be back soon. I do however, wish they were transparent about the construction going on next to us. The few days we stayed home it was very loud. Beds were hard, we had to put pillows on the mattress to soften them up."
