"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay here, up in the mountains with a fabulous view over Vesuvius. Both bedrooms had air con and we had use of a pool shared between 3 apartments. Although the apartment is dated, it had every we needed. Vincenzo made us feel very welcome and he lives in the apartment block so help is always on hand. "Pros: Excellent location. Walk from accommodation to the pier to catch the hydrofoil to Capri took us 5min through the elevators (€1). The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alessandro who took the pains to show us where the parking garage was (€18/day) and recommended us great restaurants. They have Netflix!! Cons: The bathroom shower leaked at times and minor flooding occurs. The heater function could be better."
