"We are a group of 'mature' ladies that for 23 years have been going away twice a year for walking weekends in the UK. The house was extremely clean, well planned out and big! The location was amazing and the views from the house and hot tub were spectacular. "Lovely few days with our family whilst house hunting. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy sofas to chill in after our busy days. Only downside was the bed in the back double needs replacing as hard with springs digging into you. I did let the owner know and hopefully this will be sorted. Lovely rental all in all."

"We had a great stay in this cosy house. The house is very clean and well equiped - really exceptional. Everyhing you need and even more, you find. Maria is an absolute friendly host. We can recommend a stay there!"

"Basic health and safety standards are not met in this property. There is a door not fixed correctly to the frame and is hanging off in the upstairs bedroom and the shower screen in the bathroom is a joke and leaks water all over the floor which causes it to leak into the kitchen below. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table but it's a 4 bedroom house. No remote control for TV and can't work it without one but we got around this. A smoker had stayed there so one bedroom stank of smoke. "Interesting, unpretentious, old house, full of original features. History of the house and garden is fascinating. Spacious, quirky, and comfortable with beautiful high level garden. Great location."

"Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."

"Freshly decorated with nice design touches, this is a great base to explore the Swansea area. Big kitchen with all you need, Enough seating in the living room and a small dining table. On street parking availble and a 45 mins walk from the centre of Swansea. Chinese Takeaway and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. city centre."

"Wonderful property. Great communication, locals were friendly and welcoming. Downside , the doors are short. I expected this at many stays throughout Europe, me and my adult boys ar 6'4 so not much fits in life. "

"Lovely house in a nice location. A river at the back wirh a field of sheep to overlook. It is in a small and very quiet estate. We did not hear anyone. All we could hear was the river. The house is all you need for a stay, clean, well equipped, good communucation. Parking at the front. There were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children, 13, 10 & 7. We were more then comfortable with pleanty of space. Good cooking facilities and pleanty of storage space "

"After a long trip, the receptionist was very helpful and handed over some Welsh Cakes as a gift. We booked a meal at the restaurant for that evening without any hassle. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Will stay there again."

"Had a lovely Mothers day meal but unfortunately we were placed by the side entrance and people were constantly opening the door . It was absolutely freezing in there , poor Mother is 90 and it was way too cold for her . The roast meal however was faultless lovely and tasty and piping hot . Hotel Room could do with updating but it was very spacious and exceptionally clean . "

Great find

"This hotel is literally yards from swansea station, i thought it would be cheap and cheerful and convenient but was suprised it was such a lovely hotel. Staff amazing decor lovely, will def be staying here again. Lovely utalian restaurant just down the road, tesco express opposite."
