"Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. "The location of this little farm is a total surprise since it’s so secluded and yet so close to everything you might need as well as the attractions R.I. offers from Providence to South County and Newport. The cottage is classic early New England but modernized for full comfort. The farm animals are a bonus and the hosts are very kind and thoughtful people. "

"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"We loved staying in this cute little home during the weekend of our friends wedding. We weren't around for too much time, but really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked full of everything utensil or pan we needed, and then some. We also wanted to extend our stay after we booked and they were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly.
