"I was very happy with my stay at this location of a Parador. My room was large and had plenty of room to spread out. The room retained the style of the building. One strange thing was that the chairs for sitting were really short. Breakfast buffet was nice and had lots of choices plus you could order omelets and espresso drinks. I wish the restaurant opened at 7am"

Great location right across the road from the railway station, and an easy 25-minute walk into the old town. "The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets...

"The staff here was super friendly and prompt. I had a long day walking the Camino and loved that laundry was right across the street. And adjoining the hotel is a lovely cafe where I had breakfast in the morning. Quick service and delicious (especially the croissant).
