"The staff was excellent, very accommodating. Our room was great, plenty for my 16year old son and me. My only complaint was the shower would allow water to get out on the floor. Breakfast was good (fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, etc). The best part of the hotel was the location. It couldn’t be more convenient to the train station (metro, busses, and taxis are all right there)!"

"We had a family room, 1 queen and 1 single. Surprisingly, the room also had 2 bathrooms! This hotel is an easy walk from the train station and also allows easy access to the subway. The property is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good buffet breakfast available. No hesitation in recommending it."

"This hotel made my two week stay amazing. The hotel is nice not too modern not too strange for a foreigner it’s the perfect blend to experience like a local. It’s quiet and the location is prime it’s surrounded by many authentic restaurants and some of the best rated places to eat see and get real gelato. All within walking distance very comfortable and accommodating. The staff are there every step of the way from recommendations arranging tickets for sights and transportation. They are very friendly and the hotel is nice. We had a friend stay with us a few nights into our own stay as he came to visits from another city and his room was a bit different than ours so I think it also depends on the room you get. Ours was fantastic spacious nice bed and good design as far as the details. The windows that are designed as balconies are so cute. The upstairs rooftop amazing and the smoking area is very nice as well. You will not be disappointed staying here the location really made the trip. Very close to all major and smaller sights you may want to see. "
