"Although the resort looks lovely it was almost impossible to find. The dirt road in to the grounds is treacherous with the worst yet to come…it was abandon. We searched for employees for 80 minutes with no luck before driving away. It was quite the adventure…one that I’d prefer not to relive"

"Beautiful new property! Stayed for 2 nights in mid September and had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful providing dining options in a near by town and checked in via WhatsApp to ensure our stay was running smoothly. The property is very well decorated and all linen and towels are plush and luxurious. We added on the breakfast for both mornings and were very pleased. "This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
