I Vivai è un luogo rilassante, piacevole, la suite davvero bella, elegante con notevoli note raffinate che si vedono nei dettagli e nell'arredo. "This charming, perfectly located hotel has well appointed rooms, a lovely, caring staff and a wonderful breakfast to start the day. Located on Via Fillunga, you are in the heart of Lucca. Dolce Marta and Dolce Ingrid are a delight - helpful, kind, fun and both speak excellent English. I loved staying at this wonderful hotel."

"Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi."

"Most spectacular Residenza with absolutely beautiful suites makes for an unforgettable and fabulous experience. We will be back!"

"Beautiful castle that would be so much more enjoyable with just a few changes. Windows need to be able to attach to shutters so will stay open and not blow closed with wind. Basic items such as toilet paper, seasonings for cooking, more comfortable twin mattress, ability to order basic meals at restaurant if wanted. "

"This was ok for a one night stay! Clean and shower was ok. Very noisy loud neighbours."

"The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"

The breakfast was 1st class, plenty of choice even hot breakfast was offered if you wanted it and served with a smile - perfect stop over (I stayed 2days for day trip to Florence) and I would recommend a stay if you are in the area."

"Had a week here and loved it. Pisa 20 mins, Montecatini 15 mins, Firenze 40 mins. Great for exploring Tuscany and even better for just relaxing. Can't fault the accommodation, service, friendliness of the staff. Great prices as well. Everything was great and will return soon."

"Very central to Prato. Lovely period features. Nice roof top terrace. I stayed in an apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the main road. It was very noisy. People on the street from a nearby bar were out until 1am - just talking but it came through to the room. A set of earplugs allowed me to sleep on the second night. I think there should be a warning for that room to say that it is noisy. Otherwise guests will be shocked."

"We arrived late but the front desk left a number for us to reach them, that was nice. Parking was provided space available. Room was clean and large. Was near the top of a mountain with great views of the valley below and cool crisp tuscan mornings, nice. Cafe and restaurants nearby. Forty minutes out of Florence where we spent the day but if you have a car, i would recommend it. A good value."

Our rental car was securely parked in his garage every night, so no need to park on the street or worry about not finding a place close to...
