"Always a great pleasure to welcomed with an open-heart and warmth at this place. The staff at the reception are very friendly, professional, give clear information, always ready to be of assistance. Having stayed here a few times, it's a joy that the staff remember me. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, which is a perfect way to start a long day. "Excellent value for one person who wants a room and bathroom to themselves, the only issue I had was the fact they don't allow you to exchange notes for loose change since I needed it to store my luggage in a locker. On the whole, I'd happily come back here to stay if I planned to visit Paris again and I do recommend this place to other people."

"The staff here are wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and multilingual made my stay easy and very pleasant! Staff members were able to assist me with any questions I had, especially regarding directions. They were able to tell me the best, fastest, and cheapest way to get to where I wanted to go. "Nice short stay to go to Disneyland. There was not hot water but they gave us free breakfast in return of very cold showers. Very nice neighborhood. The rooms are kind of small though but I’d return to stay if I could. Nice staff! "

"Beau M is a modern hostel with quality beds with blackout curtains, dimmable bedside light, large underbed storage locker and good accessible bathroom in basement. "Excellent for families. We travelled with our infant and preschooler. The property was clean, separate bedroom and kitchen with grocery store nearby, hot shower/bath, great views and ideally located near to main attractions and transportation. "

Novotel Exceeded Our Expectations!

"All concerns we had after reading some reviews vanished as soon as we arrived. We were warmly greeted by employees as soon as we entered as well as at the front desk. We spoke both French and English. I asked if we could be on the same floor as my in-laws arriving the following day, and after confirming we were all able to climb a flight of stairs since the elevators stop at floor 30, they accommodated. Room 3117 was clean and comfy, including the bed. Cool view! As Paris was unusually sunny and warm 18C (65F) for March, our room got a little warm on the 2nd day. I informed the front desk, and within 20 minutes, a maintenance person arrived. He said the AC system was not working, but the repair person is out for the weekend. He asked if we wanted to move rooms or use a fan. We wanted to stay on 31st floor, so fan it was, and it worked great. I used the pool twice. Everyone employee we met was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Location was great! Many excellent restaurants and shopping. including Monoprix supermarket, adjacent in Beaugrenelle. Metro station Charles-Michels 5 mins. Check out Cojean Cafe for breakfast around the corner and Cafe Beaugrenelle for dinner across from metro station. Eiffel Tower 15-minute walk. My in-laws liked it so much they returned the next weekend before flying out. Parking is 35 Euros per night."
