Como já tivemos uma boa primeira impressão antes dessa última experiência, imaginamos que foi puro azar da lotação impactar na qualidade. De resto, o hotel estava impecavelmente limpo e confortável. Tinha até potinhos em inox pra alimentar e dar água à nossa cachorrinha e tapete higiênico."

"Hotel X Review: My stay at Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the juices were watery. We opted for the best suite, but we found the mirror glass broken and two jets of the whirlpool not working, which was disappointing."
