"We love Recanto. The staff was accommodating of our early check-in and a few other special requests. The food (especially breakfast!) was delicious. "Beautiful property, close to airport but also convenient to local attractions. Saved money by getting tour tickets at concierge, tickets were easy to use and I did not have to wait to get tickets when we got to the events. "The property was good. Everything needed was in the room, or you could request it if you needed to. staff were friendly and helpful. it was fantastic service. The only thing I would like the facility to improve is the check-in/check-out process. Although the reception staff were very friendly, kind, and professional, the service was very slow.
