"Excellent location near CDG - hotel property itself very nice and would definitely return, however the common area between hotel entrance and the tram station was nasty. Cigarette butts, beer cans, broken glass and an abundance of derelicts that create a menacing environment. Property owners of the area hotels and local government should work together to clean things up."
