"We spent a good week at Les 3 Vaches. It is compact living but with different items to spot where ever you look! (open the dresser draws and find the TV!). The Gite is well set in the Normandy country side with good access to local shopping, eating and a large variety of different places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of ideas for visits (country side, walks, Castles, animal parks etc.). We were not able to 'do' everything we wished to see! "On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. It was very dark downstairs lighting could do with upgrading. No hand basin in downstairs...

"After not thinking we would be able to holiday due to Covid this was the perfect relaxing retreat. Everything was as we had expected. The log cabin was well equipped and comfortable. The gifts on arrival ( goats cheese , apple juice, jam and cider ) were all lovely and a nice touch. Roaming chickens and cats were an added delight with some eggs given to us in the week. Perfect break."

"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"We spent a nin bnb properties all wonderful but it was so nice to be back in a regular clean hotel. Great bed ..firm. my room had a balcony ... check in great , included breakie great..they even had fresh eggs you could soft boil ..never seen that before. I hosed the breakfast time and showd uo at 6:15 ..the weekend it starts at 7:30. The gent setting it up graciously allowed us to participate early. Parking was great but hard to find at first... under the building but entrance is ALL the wat around the block. Even had a lounge chair to put on the deck outside the room. "
