"This hotel was in a great location and we particularly liked how helpful the front desk staff were. Always available to answer a question, or offer a dining recommendation. The lobby/bar was a great area to sit after a day of sightseeing and we took advantage of the breakfast 2 of our 3 mornings. Lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed at this hotel because it was nicely situated near the train station and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The hotel was very comfortable and wheelchair accessible which was a huge benefit. Overall the city is better for wheelchair mobility than Paris barring the odd construction works here and there. "

"Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."
