"We stayed at the Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments for one night before flying out of Auckland. The Hotel was a short walk from the Auckland Strand Railway Station and that is why we booked it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we had access to a small balcony. My only suggestion is that the room needs a luggage stand and another chair. "We liked our stay, communication was amazing from the confirmation phone call to checking in and out, very prompt and hassle free. Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area. "Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"The Hotel was amazing every thing was perfect till we left and I realised when I got home I’d left three items of clothing hanging up in the room wardrobe . When I called back was told only my husband jacket was there - my dress and jacket wasn’t there And I certainly didn’t have it -I know I’d forgotten to take them out of the wardrobe when repacking our bag . I’ve had the real run around trying to find the two items clearly they have house keeping issues!!! so a message to who ever is reading make sure you check you have everything before leaving any accomodation "
