"Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money."

"Stayed at RA Suites Simatupang for two nights during a business trip, and it was such a pleasant experience! Their one-bedroom suite is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. "A gorgeous hotel—from the entrance, the lobby, the room, and every corner, everything is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. I informed them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a cake and some decorations. Small gestures like this truly warm our hearts and make the stay feel special. All the staff are amazing and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and greeting you with a big smile. The concierge also acted quickly to help us with our suitcases Breakfast in a beautiful place with tons of options! I absolutely love their pastries, coffee, and jamu. Such a lovely breakfast experience! "
