"We had a wonderful stay! The staff and breakfast was wonderful! The only thing that was that the bed in the Evangeline was pretty firm. We did sleep, but it was a little tricky getting comfortable. I think that if we stayed there again I would look at another room to see if any beds are different. But I would definitely go there again! "

"The guest house was just what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is one block from Lake Pontchatrain which is beautiful. The hosts, Daniell and Vincent were warm and welcoming. All we had to do was ask and they were very helpful. Would we go back…absolutely!"

"The room was very nice in a quiet and separate area of the property. It was an Jananese sytle theme both the pustside andcthe interior. Well done. It has a TV, Microwave, small fridge, and pod type coffee maker with tozgo cups and packets of crwamer & sugar. There was a jacuzzi type tub in a separate room & a shower whwre sink & toilet were. "We enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by the sweetest dog, Flash. The house was clean and well decorated. It was very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy. The only thing to make mention of is that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom so for those that get up at night for “little trips” know you will have to go downstairs. "
