"Staff was very friendly! Food at the bar was awesome! Rooms are very nice! Great ocean view. Only downside I would say is that the beach lounge chairs were locked up and not available to rent for the winter months. Luckily we brought some folding chairs for our older loved ones"

"I had initially reserved a a room for those with disabilities. I guess those rooms do not get used very much. I did not even have to go into the room. I cracked the door and the worst urine smell hit me in the face. I went down to get my room changed. The desk changed it with no problem. That room needs to be totally ripped apart. My stay in the new room was great. "

"Best place to stay at out of the “peak” traveling season. Quiet and clean even with the cold weather the hot tub was great the staff were awesome. Checking in was a breeze. Complimentary adult drinks at night were perfect and just a perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. Will be coming back again for sure! "

"I checked in with my son to spend Christmas Eve with my middle daughter and oldest daughter along with their families, and it was centrally located and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Pier Park. The staff was amazing and the wonderful front desk agent that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, however, I can not remember her name, but I think it was Telesha or something similar, she was working around 4:30-5:00 pm Christmas Eve and was working at the time I checked out around 11:00 a.m. Christmas Day, but I cannot stress enough how pleasant and welcoming she was to me and my son. I highly recommend scheduling your next visit with this hotel. "

"When we first pulled in I was nervous but the outside front of building is deceiving because once we opened the door the room was very nice! We stayed in December for a baseball tournament the property was a super convenient location. The pool was warm so we could enjoy it even in the colder temps we had. The restaurant right next door was phenomenal! Every employee we encountered was super friendly especially Curtis! We had some good laughs with him!"
