"Could not have asked for a better location or escape from the frigid northeast for a couple. This house was perfect for my wife and I -- centrally located in Rosemary beach - a quick walk to the beach or to 30A. We walked to our favorite eateries or strolled the beach or just spent time in the back yard by our private pool. We loved this location."

"This unit was perfect for my girlfriend and me, for our a girls trip. It had everything we needed and more. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as the shopping/restaurant area. Bikes were available but we didn’t feel we needed to use them. Parking was easy too. The weather wasn’t great for part of the time we were there and we didn’t mind just hanging out in the unit waiting for the rain to stop. I highly recommend this place. "

"Inside was clean, outside porch and pool areas were filthy. We could not access the private pool area, the chairs and pool had not been cleaned since last season? The screened in porch area had not been cleaned, the grill had old crud from who knows when on it. There were two long stairways to climb to access the inside of the home, each with about 18 steps.
