"We have stayed in many cabins over the years, but have never stayed in one that met all of our needs! The owners of this cabin must have stayed in many also, because everything one needed was there! I rarely give a 5 star review because usually there are things that could have been done better. But, this one is a 5 star cabin! The view is nothing like we have ever had at any of our cabins. It was just spectacular! It is the Arkansas Grand Canyon. We only stayed 3 nights and every morning...

"What a wonderful house!! Beautiful views and very accessible to hikes, swim holes, and great food!! The kitchen was very well stocked. Garrison was very knowledgeable of area and things to do and places to go. We didn’t want to leave:) we will keep this one on our list of BEST VRBO’s"

"The cabin was very clean. It was in a great location for short drive to hiking trails. We were there in mid to late October. We saw some pretty Fall leaves in spite of the drought. Most of the trails we hiked would have had beautiful streams and waterfalls in the Spring. The cabin was not fancy but it met all of our needs."
