"Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."

"We LOVED Hotel Capri - the staff was wonderful, the pool was so nice and quiet and the rooms were super cute. It is a very short walk to the center of Sorrento where all the bars, restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the noise from all that. We would highly recommend this hotel. :-) "

"The Beauty of the Bellevue Suites was amazing. We had an incredible view with a terrace to sit and enjoy sunrises. The hotel provided an amazing local Breakfast with fresh pastries, cheese, meats, motzarella and tomatoes in Olive Oil --it all was Delicious! The cappuccinos were made by Antonios dad (SOOO GOOD!) The hotel was clean, sweetest staff, So helpful and even offered us a shuttle back to the train station for a fraction of the taxi drivers. Seeing everyone was the best part of our mornings. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"It is a lovely hotel set in beautiful gardens. Clean and really friendly and helpful staff. A 15-20 minute walk into Sorrento but good for walking off all the pasta and gelato! "
