"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"Fausto is one of the best host we had. Generous with breakfast food, we felt like he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks. You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local. "

"We had two families of 5 stay at Villa Simonetta and the house was perfect! It was a perfect mix of beach town living and a short train ride from downtown Rome for sight seeing. Highly recommend getting the bikes and the local wine tasting, we loved our time there!"
