"The property was excellent and top notch. Only one problem that I booked this property specifically because it advertised a pool, only to arrive and find out the pool was closed. This was a disappointment, especially since there was no mention of this in the listing or during the booking process. I would have chosen a different place if I had known. "Very good location and place. Highly recommended. (Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "

"This hotel newly opened late December 2024 so has yet to have a full year in the hospitality but do not let that put you off. The staff are really friendly and help in any way they can. The location is in the suburbs of Rome and not in walking distance of the main tourist attractions but these are only a short bus ride away. The location allows for some peace away from the bustling city of Rome with some beautiful views. Our room was amazing, clean with good facilities including a coffee machine! I am sure as this hotel is oniy in its infancy within hospitality provision so likely to get even better. I woukd definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of Rome."
