"The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. The porch is huge with gorgeous views of the lake. As far as I know, there is no wifi. I reached out and never heard back. There also is no shower, but there is a tub with a shower head on a hose. "Antonella and Stefano are superb hosts, very attentive without being intrusive. We loved Antonella's apricot tart and tiramisu - thank you! The apartment is on one floor of their beautiful, traditional stone building in the small village of Colma. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous terrace with views over the valley to Cesara and the mountains beyond. It was a great place to enjoy coffee and eating outside under the shade of a huge parasol. "Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance).
