"The cottage was gorgeous. The secluded, wooded area where cottage was located was just fabulous. The peace and quiet was wonderful. We really enjoyed the 1.6 hiking trail and the golf cart was a fun way to see the other cabin areas. We would love to come back when the Azalea are in bloom."

"We had a great time. Our daughter got married this weekend so we weren’t there too much but did get a chance to fish and swim. The groom is a professional fisherman and was pleasantly surprised by the size and amount of bass in the pond. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a getaway and love the outdoors."

"I'm not sure how we missed that this area had no kitchen or BBQ area and as we had already gone grocery shopping, we had steaks that needed to be cooked one of the two nights we stayed here! One cannot waste steak! Luckily, the Dollar Store up the road had a hibachi for sale! The steak was perfect! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! "A group of 6 of us needed a place to stay while we visited Nac for a football game. This place was perfect for us as it offered 3 rooms and a common area. The location is great near downtown and we enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner as he was passing through the property and he was informative and helpful. We'd stay here again with a group for sure!"

"This was a long term stay of 2 months and I couldn’t have asked for much more. The host was very responsive and helpful with any needs and questions I had. The house is in great shape and I will never forget those sunset views! The neighborhood is 15-20 minutes from Lufkin, but there are dollar general stores just a couple minutes away. Highly recommend for long and short term trips!"
